Refund policy

Returns/Refunds:

We do not accept returns or exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If there is a problem with your order, please message us within 3 days of delivery via the contact section below. We will help resolve any problems you may encounter. 

During the Winter Season, please track your packages carefully and arrange to have them brought indoors upon delivery. We are not responsible for any damages due to packages left in freezing temperatures unattended.

If any of the products arrive frozen/damaged, please contact us within 3-6 hours of delivery. Please also provide photos of the products to better assist you.

 

Discount Codes:
While we truly value your business and strive to provide the best possible customer experience, we are unable to issue credits or refunds for discount codes that were not applied during the checkout process.

Discount codes are a valuable way for us to reward our customers and offer special pricing on our products. However, they need to be entered at the time of purchase to be applied to the order total. Regrettably, once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to retroactively apply discount codes or provide a credit/refund for the difference.

To ensure you receive the benefits of any applicable discounts in the future, please make sure to enter the discount code during the checkout process. If you encounter any issues while applying a discount code, our customer support team is available to assist you before completing your purchase.

We cannot apply discounts to orders placed before the sale started.
